Our Bankruptcy Law Firm History
After working for one of the bankruptcy “mills” in Atlanta, Lorena Saedi co-founded the bankruptcy law firm Saedi & Wells. She knew she could deliver bankruptcy services in a better and more client focused way than her previous law firm.
For the first time in decades, the US Bankruptcy Code is updated and with it comes numerous changes. Many bankrutpcy attorneys just quit practicing because of all the new laws and regulations but founder Lorena Saedi dives into the new law, does several training courses for younger bankruptcy attorneys, and leads her law firm to become one of the most established female owned bankruptcy law firms in Georgia.
After an amicable split with her former law partner, Lorena Saedi founds Saedi Law Group so that she can realize her vision of becoming the most efficient, professional, and afforable bankruptcy law firms in Georgia.
Lorena Saedi is named a top 10 bankruptcy lawyer in Georgia recognizing her years of dedication and experience in consumer bankruptcy law in Georgia.
Lorena Saedi is recognized for her excellence in bankruptcy law in Georgia and awarded the Georgia Legal Elite in Bankruptcy Award.
Lorena Saedi is a former computer program and web designer so she has always seen the need to use technology to make legal systems work more efficiently. By investing time, money, and training in legal technology, Saedi Law Group was able to easily pivot when the COVID-19 crisis hit. The team at Saedi Law Group was already meeting with clients online through their trademarked secure video meeting system.
